B-Pulse

B-Pulse Pelvic Floor Therapy

If you are living with urinary leakage, bowel incontinence, urgency, or pelvic floor weakness, you are not alone — and you don’t have to just live with it. The B-Pulse chair provides a safe, effective, and non-invasive solution to help you regain control and confidence.

A Non-Invasive Option for Bowel, Bladder, and Pelvic Floor Support

Many people experience challenges with bowel or bladder control—especially after rectal cancer surgery, childbirth, or due to aging and pelvic floor weakness. If you’ve been told “there’s nothing else to try,” or you’re looking for a non-surgical option, we’re proud to offer B-Pulse, an advanced pelvic floor therapy now available right in our clinic.

What is B-Pulse?

The B-Pulse chair uses Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. It uses focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor—without pain, downtime, or the need to undress.

During treatment, you sit fully clothed in a special chair that delivers gentle pulses to activate your pelvic floor muscles—causing thousands of deep muscle contractions in just one session. These contractions are much stronger than what you can achieve with traditional pelvic floor exercises (like Kegels).

Who Can Benefit from B-Pulse?

B-Pulse may help if you’re experiencing:

  • Bowel urgency or frequency

  • Fecal incontinence (accidental bowel leakage)

  • Urinary incontinence (leaking when you cough, sneeze, or exercise)

  • Bladder urgency or overactive bladder

  • Pelvic floor weakness

  • Recovery after rectal cancer surgery or pelvic procedures
