Our Colorectal DAP is run through Halton Healthcare and is designed the expedite the staging and treatment for patients with colorectal cancer.

In an era of ever tightening budgets, we have developed a program that utilizes existing resources in a more efficient and coordinated manner to reduce wait times for patients for the myriad of tests that they require to determine their treatment plan.

Our nurse navigators are the linchpin of this program.  They are your first point of contact, and will remain a critical ally for you as you move through your treatment.  

​

Enrolment in the Colorectal DAP must be initiated by a licensed physicians after the diagnosis of colorectal cancer has been made, typically after a colonoscopy.  Be sure to speak with your family physician about Colorectal Cancer Screening, which we can organize for you through the Oakville Colorectal Group.
